Scouts & Guides
Scouts and Guides movement in school play a vital role in culminating right values, discipline and sterling character amongst the students. To strengthen the movement further Kendriya Vidyalaya Regional Office organised various camps for teachers and students from time to time.
Tritya Sopan Testing Camp, 2007 organized at Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC, Agartala from 25.07.2007 to 28.07.2007. Total number of participants are 215.
Rajya Puraskar Testing Camp for Scout organized at K.V.Khurdha Road from 08.09.2007 to 11.09.2007 and for Guide at Kendriya Vidyalaya Gopalpur Military Station. Total numbers of participants from Silchar Region are 15.
Basic Training course conducted for Scout Master / Guide Captain at Kendriya Vidyalaya AFS, Kumbhirgram from 22nd to 1st October, 2007. 14 teachers participated.
